Relocation to the Gold Coast Queensland
To live on the Gold coast in Queensland is a experience that can be unique to the person living there. You make of it what you wish, warm weather beaches, cafes, stunning surrounding hills and forests. The gold coast has many areas, tourist, educational,
suburban and industrial. You can (money permitting) live in a high rise unit or
sparse acreage in the hinterland the choice is what the Gold coast offers people
moving to this area. Like most fast growth areas the gold coast offers most modern facilities, hospitals, schools and shopping. Driving around most areas of the gold coast is at time frustrating, it is busy always and weekend when the day tourists flood in can be frustrating going from A to B. The beaches are wonderful and well patrolled by surf lifesavers but expect people all the time. Again stating that if you live on the gold coast the more reclusive beaches are not that far away in Northern New South Wales. The Gold coasts boasts some of Queensland most opulent housing and expensive , there is also the poorer housing areas and you will like any city find pockets of these. Rental accommodation is expensive and you do need to have someone on the ground to check this out prior to deciding on rental accommodation. Employment is very buoyant the gold coast has a high percentage of itinerant population so work is always available if you look. The hospitality trade is always looking for staff. Good hospitals and schools are also a place for recruitment. Trades are good but work for some would be easier in Brisbane as most businesses seem to be much smaller. My advice come for a holiday check it out ask questions . The Gold coast , you will love it or.... Australian Housing Department and Consumer affair Links |
